DELIVERY INFORMATION

This website is intended solely for residents of Britain. Items purchased are generally delivered within 5-9 working days (we do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) to addresses in Britain (deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland may take an additional day or two).

Please note, however, that the delivery date for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered. Additionally, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. A standard shipping charge, which is non-refundable and based on the weight of the items ordered and your location, will apply in addition to the product price and VAT.

If you wish to purchase kitchen knives or other products classified as BLADED ARTICLES, age verification is required by UK law. Packages containing bladed articles can only be delivered to, and signed for by, an individual aged 18 or over. Such packages must not be left in a locker, garage, at the front/back door, post room, shed, or any other location that bypasses the legal requirement for age verification.

The Adult Signature option costs £4.50 per delivery and will be added to the standard shipping charge. Please note, however, that shipping is free for orders of £40.00 or more.

We do not operate during weekends or bank holidays. Additionally, the Christmas holiday season and other special holiday periods usually follow a different schedule.
