  1. How to make Matcha Soy Latte

Prepare your soy milk.  If you’d like a touch of sweetness, add honey or finely chopped dates.  An IKEA milk frother works well to mix in the honey.

For chopped dates, blend them with the soy milk using a personal blender.

Add one scoop of matcha powder to a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen).  If you don’t have one, a milk frother works just as well.

Use hot water, but not boiling—70–80°C is ideal.

Once the matcha is smooth, pour it into the soy milk… and enjoy your matcha soy latte.
