- How to make Matcha Soy Latte
Prepare your soy milk. If you’d like a touch of sweetness, add honey or finely chopped dates. An IKEA milk frother works well to mix in the honey.
For chopped dates, blend them with the soy milk using a personal blender.
Add one scoop of matcha powder to a bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen). If you don’t have one, a milk frother works just as well.
Use hot water, but not boiling—70–80°C is ideal.
Once the matcha is smooth, pour it into the soy milk… and enjoy your matcha soy latte.
